Campaign activities against child labor under 18 years old

The Company organized a campaign to raise awareness against the use of child labor under the age of 18 and the violation of women’s labor rights. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with employees to eliminate all forms of labor rights violations and to promote the equal protection and respect of workers’ rights.
The campaign emphasized fair access to welfare and benefits for all employees, aiming to establish job security and a positive working environment. It also sought to reduce unfair labor practices throughout all operational processes by promoting equality and strict compliance with labor laws.
This initiative is part of the Company’s commitment to the Social aspect of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), reinforcing the vision of building a fair, safe, and sustainable workplace for everyone.
