Safety and Health Policy

Thai Polyacrylic Public Company Limited ("the Company") is committed to creating a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. We consider safety and occupational health to be integral parts of our business and a responsibility to society. Therefore, the Company has established the following policies to guide our practices

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Adhere to current and future laws, regulations, and commitments. Develop the occupational health and safety management system according to certified standards and business group practices, using these regulations as minimum operational standards.
2. Risk Assessment and Management: Regularly assess and manage risks related to safety and occupational health. Identify opportunities to prevent and control hazards, injuries, and occupational diseases to continuously improve safety measures.
3. Training and Support: Promote and support training for employees on accident prevention and health care to ensure they can work safely and efficiently.
4. Health Promotion: Encourage all employees to maintain good health and work safely by organizing health and safety-related activities and programs.
5. Resource Allocation: Allocate necessary resources appropriately to ensure safety and occupational health operations align with policies, objectives, and goals.
6. Performance Evaluation: Consider cooperation in adhering to safety and occupational health regulations as a key criterion in the annual performance evaluation of all employees.
7. Contractor and Visitor Standards: Establish safety and occupational health standards for contractors and/or visitors, ensuring compliance with the Company's policies and regulations.
8. Responsibility Assignment: Assign safety and occupational health responsibilities to both management and employees, applicable during and outside working hours.
9. Communication and Cooperation: Collaborate and disseminate information, policies, and updates to employees, stakeholders, and external parties, including government and private sectors.
10. Regular Review and Improvement: Regularly inspect, evaluate, and improve the implementation of safety and occupational health policies to ensure strict and effective adherence.

Occupational Health, Safety and the Environment

The Company recognizes the importance of the environment and emphasizes how we operate business while protecting and conserving the environment. The Company implements an integrated management of quality, safety, health and environment with proper considerations given to environmental issues, safety, employee health, the community and stakeholders. The Company regularly inspects factory operations and work areas. Furthermore, the Company submits requests for standard accreditations such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, TIS 18001 (TIS 18001). Below are the company standard accreditations.
