The company organized a training session on "Root Cause Analysis for Work Support and Effective Problem-Solving", conducted by Mr. Peeranath Chantramanan, Factory Manager. The session was attended by 50 supervisors and management-level employees.
This training focused on developing problem-solving skills and identifying effective solutions. Participants learned practical techniques that they could apply to analyze and resolve workplace issues efficiently. The training aimed to increase productivity, reduce time and costs associated with problem resolution, and enhance critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Furthermore, the session encouraged data-driven decision-making and precise problem-solving while improving overall work efficiency across all aspects.
