The company organized a workshop titled "Train the Trainer" to develop skills and knowledge among supervisors. The program focuses on training and effectively transferring knowledge to employees within their respective departments. Emphasis is placed on applying the acquired knowledge to real-life work scenarios to enhance operational efficiency, reduce potential issues in work processes, and build a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
Additionally, the program includes weekly follow-ups and evaluations to ensure that employees receive accurate knowledge and are able to apply it effectively to their respective work areas.
