“EEO Training & Workshop” Course

The company organized a training session titled “EEO Training & Workshop”, led by Mr. Peeranat Chantramanan, the Factory Manager, as the instructor. The session was attended by 31 participants, including executives, supervisors, and operational staff. The training aimed to enhance knowledge and skills in production control and process improvement across multiple areas. These included production planning, raw material and packaging material management (Packaging Materials, RM), BOM control, and cost management, as well as process optimization to minimize waste.
The workshop equipped the team with tools and techniques to improve production processes and sustainably enhance organizational efficiency.
