Mr. Thanawat Kulprasertrat, HR and Legal Manager, presented awards for the "Kaizen Team" activities that won the following accolades in 2024: Annual Champion in the category of Safety, Health, and Environment.
June–July 2024 Monthly Champion in the category of Efficiency and Workflow Optimization.August–September 2024 Monthly Champion in the category of Cost Reduction and Minimizing Operational Losses. These activities aim to encourage employees to work collaboratively as a team and to submit innovative ideas to compete in specific categories within designated timelines for project presentations.The activities undergo a thorough selection process by a committee, which employs clear evaluation procedures, principles, and standardized criteria for assessment. The selected ideas are further developed and implemented to enhance the company's growth and operational excellence.
