Training Day: “Enhancing Communication Efficiency in the Workplace”
Thai Poly Acrylic Public Company Limited organized a Training Day under the course titled “Enhancing Communication Efficiency in the Workplace.” The session was led by Mr. Thanawat Kulprasertrat, HR and Legal Manager, and attended by 26 Myanmar workers from the Casting department.
The objective of this training was to provide employees with knowledge and understanding of the meaning and fundamentals of effective workplace communication. The course emphasized accurate communication and practical techniques that can be applied in daily work scenarios. Additionally, the training aimed to enhance the ability of employees to communicate effectively both among themselves and with their supervisors, fostering a more efficient and cohesive work environment.
