The Annual Offsite Workshop
Thai Poly Acrylic Public Company Limited organized its Annual Offsite Workshop, attended by the Managing Director, executives, and department heads. This year, the event was held at The Cavalli Casa Resort in Ayutthaya under the theme “Adapt to Leap for Sustainable Profitable Growth.”
The workshop focused on summarizing business plans and strategizing to increase sales, enhance product development, and strengthen organizational capabilities amidst the ongoing economic recession both domestically and internationally. Additionally, the event emphasized formulating strategies and setting a sustainable direction for operations in 2025, ensuring that all departments collaborate toward shared goals for long-term success.
