Responsibilities:
• Control and maintain the works under the NPD Process and Pipeline.
• Control and maintain Standards of Operations excellence and safety within the Department in line with the Company' s EHS policy.
• Create and control the Research & Development programs according with the NPD and operations improvement major plan and target.
• Maintain annual plans for the NPD in accordance with Company 's Objectives and Goals.
• Coach and develop NPD staff to increase their knowledge and responsibility. So that the section runs smoothly and effectively.
• Ensure all responded activity meet company standard with respect to Health, Safety, etc., and ensure the company's obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with local law, business requirement and standard as ISO9001, ISO14001, TIS18001, TLS (Thai Labor Standards), and others which were issued.

Job Description

Duties and job details
1.Manage the procurement department in purchasing and procuring all types of materials to ensure smooth production and maintenance.
2. Negotiate and agree with suppliers on prices. Payment terms and delivery of raw materials, machinery, and important equipment
3.Supervise procurement assistants for small and regular purchasing.
4. Purchase and provide machinery and equipment for approved projects. (new investment or solving a bottleneck)
5. Maintain close relationships with suppliers for stable supply and critical support. and explore new suppliers to expand supply sources.
6. Ensure all procurement complies with the Health and Safety at Work Act and any general requirements.
